What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 10 months during the academic year and 3 months during summer vacation.
Can I see the room before making a reservation?
Of course, simply contact us by email: hey@chillinn.pl or by phone: +48 531 497 233 to arrange a viewing of our rooms.
What is the fee for a room reservation?
To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit, an administration fee of 250 PLN and the first month's rent including utilities.
What is a deposit?
A deposit is a payment that we keep until the end of your lease. We will refund your deposit in full up to 30 days after the end of your lease if the room is in the same condition as when you moved in.
What is included in the rental price?
All utilities (water, electricity, heating, garbage) and super-fast internet are included in the rent.
What should I bring with me to the dorm?
You need to bring bedding and kitchen utensils for example: pots, plates, cups, cutlery.
Where can I wash my clothes?
In dorm you will find laundry with washing machines and dryers. Service is extra paid.
Is it possible to rent a parking space?
Yes, price it 180 zł/month
